These guides were written by the IRS as a training manual for its agents in the secret art of auditing. They describe what to look for on your tax return to trigger an audit, and what to look for once the audit process has started.

About our Staff

Business Books was formed in 1994 when it was determined that there was a great demand for information about the IRS and it's dark world of auditing techniques. Our publishing group consists of tax lawyers, accountants, and former IRS employees. After years of private consulting, demand for information exploded. Then Business Books was created.
